Main Features:
Create Custom Reports using various pre-defined templates, start from scratch reports, or use the existing pre-formatted reports, such as:
- Appraisal Information Reports, Expenses Report, Financial Report, Information Sheets, Inventory Reports
Inventory report columns will no longer follow screen columns. User must define columns to be used in report using the Customization Wizard.
Reports can be created using various layout choices, which include:
- Grid, Info Sheet, 2-Column, 3-Column
Customize the following parameters for each report:
- Report Name, Page Orientation, Sort Order
Header Information
- Logo, Left Text, Center Text, Right Text
Body Information
- Image (Y/N), Fields, Columns
Footer Information
- Left Text, Center Text, Right Text
Totals on acquisitions and valuations function for domestic currencies.
Create specific Reports using the Report button within the Groups:
- Valuations, Consignments, Insurance, Loans, Shipments
